Terms and conditions of use 


1. All items purchased will be shipped according to the deliveries document. Deliveries

2. We attempt to keep out stock details up to date and as accurate as possible. If the unlikely event occurs that an item is ordered and is not in stock it should be sent to you as soon as more stock is available.

2.1. if we are unable to regain stock within a reasonable time we shall offer you a full refund.

3. Item will only be shipped within the UK.

4. if a customer is wanting to make a claim for undelivered item/s, this must be done within 30 days of purchase.

4.1. if any issues arise with faulty items, customers should contact websales@all-music.co.uk.

5. Any complaints can be sent directly to Nailsea Music Shop or to websales@all-music.co.uk.

5.1. Any complaints will be dealt by members of staff and if necessary escalated to the manager.

6. Nailsea Music Shop holds the right to cancel an order at anytime without warning.

7. Once an order has been placed and payment made, Nailsea Music Shop retains the right to withhold the delivery charge in any circumstance.

8. Nailsea Music Shop will not give out details of customers or of their order details unless required to do so by law.

9. Nailsea Music Shop reserves the right to change details of this and the deliveries document at anytime without warning.

10. Nailsea Music Shop bears no responsibility of faulty products from manufacturing nor by faults which occur in delivery.

11. Nailsea Music Shop will retain any information relating to orders and complaints for future reference and staff training.

12. By agreeing to this contract you are accepting all of the terms which are made in this document. you are also agreeing to abide by this contract and to not attempt to fulfil any actions which are in contradiction of this contract.
