Items will be sent within 1-2 working days of revceiving payment. Larger parcels shall be sent using FedEx, smaller items shall be sent via Royal Mail and more valuable small items will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All couriers are expected to make delivery of your items within 5-9 working days. All items are checked before dispatch but if you do receive any faulty or missing items they should be reported within 10 days.
